Raiders Named Academic State Champions

The Lomega Raiders basketball team has been named the 2020 Class B State Academic Basketball Champions. 


Each year, the OSSAA recognizes the boys and girls team with the highest cumulative team GPA in each class. The Raiders team GPA for the 2019-2020 season was 3.89. 


The team, Coach Justin Edsall and administrators, Superintendent Steve Shiever and Principal Cory Wilson, will be recognized at the State Tournament with a trophy presentation on Saturday, March 7 at halftime of the 1:45 p.m. game at the Big House at the State Fairgrounds.
